A vow renewal has no legal requirements; it’s simply an opportunity to revisit the promises you made when you first married and to celebrate a deepening love or commitment. A celebrant‑led ceremony can take place anywhere, at any time, and offers a relaxed, personal occasion to share with family and friends.

 

Couples choose to renew their vows for many reasons — marking a special anniversary, celebrating after a difficult time, reconnecting after a separation, or simply wanting the joyful celebration they didn’t have the first time.

Celebrations of love If you don’t wish to renew your vows, you may prefer to use a special anniversary to share your story with those closest to you. A celebrant‑led celebration is a wonderful way to honour the moments, memories and milestones that have shaped your life together.

Prices

My fees start from the prices stated below – as all ceremonies are bespoke the final cost may vary depending on what additional components are included:

Mid-week vow renewal ceremonies (Mon-Fri) - 2025/2026 From £395

Price includes:

• A 1 hour face-to-face meeting where I will gather the notes I need to write a

bespoke vow renewal ceremony for you

• Ongoing communication as required – to include help writing your own vows if required

• A draft copy of your vow renewal for you to review and make any changes

necessary. I will make changes to your script up to two weeks before the

ceremony

Please note: (If you ask me to re-write the whole script this will be classed as 2

scripts – only 2 scripts are included in your fees and any additional scripts will incur a cost)

• 30 min run-through ahead of the day (on phone/video link)

• My attendance at the venue on the day of the vow renewal

• Officiating at your vow renewal on the day

• A commemorative certificate of your vow renewal

• A printed keepsake version of your vow renewal script, sent to you after your

ceremony

Additional Fees:

Additional fees will be charged to cover travel over a 30-mile radius from New Milton.

Additional fees will be charged at a rate of £50 per hour for any face-to-face rehearsals required before the event
