We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you Diane for planning, organising and delivering Mum’s funeral service yesterday.   Not sure how you coped with the 3 of us talking so much in that initial planning meeting, but you captured everything and produced a great first draft of the Eulogy for us to then personalise, saving us such a lot of work. You were also so professional on the day, showing just the right amount of empathy and understanding at a difficult and emotional time for us.
